In the year 1989 due to obsolescence in the telecom field during that time we diversified our product line to manufacture of CNC Machined Components and progressively grown over the years. Later we entered into CNC Turned components and manufacture of Mechanical Sub-Assemlies for Export. Now we have 6 CNC Vertical Machining Centers and 5 CNC Turning Centers supported by other conventional machineries and now we have entered GEAR MANUFACTURING field also.

Our infrastructure

Our Engineering & Development department is having CAD/CAM facilities for developing process drawings, Jigs and Fixtures. also have DNC for transferring & storing CNC Programs. We are well equipped with Quality Control equipments like Carl Zeiss - Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine(CMM), Tesa make Micro Hite - 2D & Angular Measuring Instrument, Trimos - Vertical Measuring & Squareness testing instrument, Instruments & Profile projector with computer recording. Zoller Tool Presetter, Surface Roughness tester and also other important instruments.
